Hi @all
If you have trouble installing Debian 12 (or earlier) in Virtualbox (i run Virtualbox 7.x on Windows 10 64-Bit (amd64))
and your Debian 12 Virtualbox is running in UEFI mode it can happen that the Debian 12 Graphical Installer is showing
some errors like: Cannot connect to local display:0 or your entire screen gets frozen or looks puzzled.
At the same time, it also can happen that even the Text-based installer doesn't work and you see a Gray screen
without any options, just a blank Gray screen.
After re-searching and googling and questioning ChatGPT via Phind i tested some options and the only thing which really
works was to
disable: SYSTEM->Acceleration->Para virtualization SET to: none
All other options didn't work, even re-install and disable the Python features during Virtualbox 7.x Setup didn't help,
also it did not help to change Kernel params within the Debian 12 Installer (append command like video- and nomodeset).
Hopefully this will help you out if you run into something similar!
Greetings,
Ramedes

Thanks, Ramedes! Works like a charm. Wish I had thought of that.

P.S.: please stop using "insane-generator" like any GPT.... instead do research, or in the near future will be only one solution for all ... "killing yourself"
