MacPro 6.2 (mid 2010) with OCLP Monterey 12.7.1, SSD disk SATA, VBox 7.0.10 installed. VM Windows10 32 bit.
When starting the VM the Guru says: A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped. Audio disabled. The same happens with or without Extension Pack. I have also tried with a rebuild of the OCLP with ALLOW_UNRESTRICTED_DTRACE and ALLOW_UNRESTRICTED_NVRAM according to marcoslaredo post on 7. Dec 2023. Submitting some logs if they can give any hints (for those familiar to logs) on how to solve this issue. At first I installed a VBox 6.1 and installed Windovs7 in the VM. It started ok and I could run everything within the Windows package but could not reach software and files outside the VM. I then added Guest Additions and got the same problem as mentioned above with VB7.
All help appreciated.

Virtualbox apparently isn't compatible with OCLP, unfortunately.

VirtualBox 7.0 on macOS hosts uses the Apple Hypervisor, which doesn't support your host's CPU, and OCLP cannot change that. In consequence, you'll have to stay with VirtualBox 6.1, which can use hardware virtualization (VT-x) directly.

fth0, is it only 7.0 that's not compatible with OCLP?

Yes, there have been some forum threads indicating that: For example, see trying to start up Mac-on-Mac virtual machine after 7.0.12 upgrade from 6.1.36 (macOS 11 Big Sur) and critical error occurred while running virtual machine and execution has been stopped (macOS 13 Ventura).
Note that the second example implicitly indicates that macOS 13 Ventura supports macOS kernel extensions when booted via OpenCore Legacy Patcher.
