Brand new installation of virtualbox 7.0.12 on an HP Zbook 15 "mobile workstation" running Oracle Linux 9.
Two new virtual machine, one running Windows 10 LTSC 2019, One running Windows Server 2019 (I need build 1809 of windows for a particular project). Guest additions is installed on both. On the host side, I am a member of the vboxusers group. 8 GB of Ram and 4 CPUs are assigned to each guest (though I'm only ever running one guest at a time right now.)
In both guests, everything is fine as long as I'm running in a window. In either guest, as soon as I go to full-screen, the "Mini Toolbar" greys out and I lose the ability to click on that or anything else with the mouse. Keyboard still works. I can move the mouse but can't click on anything; If I try to click on the mini-toolbar, the items light up for a fraction of a second then instantly grey out again before I can select anything.
If I hostkey-F back to windowed mode, everything works fine again.
