Re: Is it possible to run Windows Server machine with Hyper-V hypervisor?
It should be possible to run Windows Server in a Virtualbox VM on a Windows host that has Windows Hyper-V enabled. Maybe. The goal of Virtualbox is to run VMs with Windows host Hyper-V enabled. However, Hyper-V keeps moving the goalposts, so Virtualbox doesn't run as well under Hyper-V as it does when Hyper-V is disabled.
Your best Virtualbox experience will come when host Hyper-V is disabled. (Note that Windows is relying on Hyper-V for a lot of its "enhanced" security features. So disabling Hyper-V will disable those features. You'll have do decide which is better: stronger Virtualbox and some best practices browsing the web, or more security features.)
With Hyper-V enabled, SLAT may not make it into a Virtualbox VM. To get SLAT in the VM, you may have to disable Hyper-V.
