UBSAN messages after install Virtualbox 7.0.12

UBSAN messages after install Virtualbox 7.0.12

Hi,
I am running Ubutu 22.04 with gnome-shell 42.1 and a nvidia GTX 970 graphic card. After intalling Virtualbox 7.0.12, i have UBSAN messages on each reboot :

What do they mean, are they serious and can they be removed? In addition, I can no longer open a session on my real time kernel.

Any ideas please ?
