I have an issue (bug?) with both 6.1.48 and 7.0.12 on Linux host.
I configure a virtual machine for my 64bit os uefi bootloader.
I build an udf image and a hard disk image according to the specifications and they boot.
Then I remove hd and cd controller, install a floppy controller with a disk image containing EFI/boot/bootx64.efi, this doesn't boot: "no map" and the shell appear.
I go to boot from file, and see that the file explorer doesn't even list the floppy.
After that, the cd and hd uefi images don't boot anymore, I have to boot from file.

If you start a new VM using only the floppy controller and floppy image, without ever booting from the hard disk and CD controllers or adding drive/ISO to these controllers, does the VM boot?
