Guests (ArchLinux and Windows 11) are aborted upon starting

Hi out there,

i'm just dealing with an issue of starting two headless guests. This scenery worked already a long time with system2 (debian 11-Server) and still works with system1 (debian 11-server as well) - both VirtualBox 7.0.10 - debian bullseye (kernel 5.10.0-26)
Starting these guests with remoteBox 3.2 I get a remotedesktop and can watch the start of linux-guest but it suddenly disapears. Starting guest by comand-line i get 100% disk-startup and aborted (in german: 'getötet').

Can anyone look at the attached logs and tell me what's going wrong?
