installing Virtualbox on Mac OS Ventura 13.5

I'm having issues installing VirtualBox 7.0.10a.pkg. I get the error message - Unsupported Hardware Architecture Detected! 'The installer has detected an unsupported architecture. VirtualBox only runs on the amd64 architecture.' My Mac system is running Ventura 13.5, I've 16GB RAM and M2 chip. I'm new to Oracle, so please excuse this post if it's in the wrong place; I did a search but couldn't find any answers.

That is the wrong installer for M1/M2 Macs. You need the ARM64 Beta version. It can be found at test builds and development snapshots.

Don't expect too much from it though. Please see M1/M2 Mac 7.0 Beta Status.
