I just was forced to update my VBox 7 VM to the subject Win 11 version from a soon-to-be-expired build 25xxx. The new Windows build told me upon installation that my VM didn't qualify for the Insider Program, but after I discovered the TPM setting in VBox 7 and changed it from "none" to 2.0, Windows was happy. However, I soon discovered that VBox then crashed upon resuming from a saved state!
The VM is currently updating to build 23536 so we'll see if that remedies VBox's problem...my hopes are not high for that.

Finally completed update to Insiders Preview build 23536.1000 and the crash upon resuming 7.0.10 from a saved state with TPM set to v2.0 is the same:

Probably the same issue as #21773. Unfortunately, there is no test build available yet. In the ticket, I've collected links to forum threads of other affected users, and someone proposed a workaround in at least one of the forum threads.

This issue should be fixed in the VirtualBox test builds 7.0.11r159210 and newer.
