Dark mode/theme

Hello,
One of the features that I would love to be in VirtualBox would be a dark mode/theme option. Indeed, when I am using VB in a dark environnement the white colour of the GUI is really hurting my eyes, this is the only thing that's making me want to switch over another Virtual Machine service.

Dark mode is expected to be available in version 7.0 when it comes out. 7.0 is in beta development now, should be out soon.

I completely agree! A dark mode/theme option in VirtualBox would be a fantastic addition. It's not only a matter of aesthetics but also about user comfort, especially in low-light environments.

Windows hosts have Dark Mode available in 7.0:

Main Virtualbox window, File menu, Preferences, Interface, Color Theme.

No individual color picking, though, just on or off or whatever the host OS is doing.

I don't have other host OS's to test.
