I am currently opening ubuntu 22.04 in ubuntu 20.04.
As I just created it, why is it super slow? I dont think it is a hardware issue or memory size.
Ubuntu 20.04 is slow in Ubuntu 22.04

Sorry, my crystal ball is broken right now, so I'm going to need actual data about your system.
I.e. always provide a VM log when asking such questions. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
