All other VMs fire up no issue (windows, centos).
Running macOS Ventura 13.2.1 on Intel Mac mini
Updates to macOS pending but performance under 13.3 on similar Mac Intel laptop failed - holding on any updates to macOS.
I've attached the logs - not getting much in the hits (hits date back to 2020).
Continuing to research... any suggestions are appreciated.

Re: Ubuntu fails to start
Nothing looks awry in the configuration of the VM's "hardware". But the log stops at:
It could be that the log was taken far too early. VM windows should be fully closed before taking a log to get the full log.
If other VMs run fine on this host, then there could be something egregiously wrong inside the VM OS. Try making a new VM of the same OS and see what happens.
There's nothing else to tell what the OS inside the VM is doing.00:00:05.626189 Changing the VM state from 'CREATED' to 'POWERING_ON'
