VMs starten nicht nach Update

Nach einem Update von VirtualBox 6.1.44 auf 7.0.8 starten die Gast-VMs nicht mehr, der Bildschirm bleibt schwarz.
Hat jemand eine Idee ?

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show in Explorer/Finder/File Manager. In the "Logs" subfolder, zip the VM's "vbox.log", and post the zip file, using the forum's Attachments tab. (Configure your host OS to show all extensions so you can find the "vbox.log", not "vbox.log.1", etc.)

Hallo scottgus1,

habe die Logdateien gelöscht, den Rechner neu gestartet, nach dem Start der VM bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz, Ausschalten der VM gelang nur mit "Ausschalten", die VBox.log enthält 3023 Zeilen, habe die VBox.log geteilt, da die Datei zu groß war (ERROR: File too large: VBox.log). Das Host-OS ist Xubuntu 22.04.2.

Versuch als Workaround mal, zwischen Vollbild- und Fenster-Modus hin und her zu schalten (Host+F).

Eine Windows 7 - Gast-VM startet einwandfrei, <Host>+F, <Host>+C und <Host>+L funktionieren.
@fth0 : Mittels <Host>+F ist es beim Xubuntu-Gast gelungen vom schwarzen in den Vollbildmodus zu wechseln, der jedoch nur ein Viertel der Bildschirmfläche umfasste. Nach Herunterfahren und Neustart blieb der Bildschirm erneut schwarz.

Gibt es eine Anleitung für das Update von VirtualBox 6 auf VirtualBox 7 ?
