Monterey freezing during install on VB 7.0.8

I am attempting an install on VB and it initially froze at less than a minute, restarted after about an hour then froze fully during the 'BIOS' part

I have included the compressed log file for assistance

Ha! I should have checked the log! A Windows host posted about in Mac Hosts.... pfzzt!
