you are running a prerelease cversion of virtual box. This fversion is not suitable for production use
i have mac arm64 this was the only version i could download from the oracle site and im running a 32x that i got from the official windows site

The M1/M2 sticky M1/M2 Mac 7.0 Beta Status covers this too.
If the problem is that the Windows 10 VM won't boot, then the sticky rules. Modern OS's won't run on Virtualbox on M1/M2 ARM Macs. XP 32 bit is the most modern Windows that has been reported to run.
