Qualcomm's beta virtual machine based on Windows platform Arm64
Windows works well on the arm64 platform, with Battlefield III at around 30 fps and large scene loads at 5-6 fps. Therefore, it can basically meet the requirements of arm based on Qualcomm processors in virtual machines. Second, the performance of hyper-v is not very good. The driver on the linux side cannot be used. Especially the output of the keyboard. Expect support for arm64 virtual machines on Windows platform.

If you meant Windows10 on ARM: VirtualBox is not an ARM hypervisor, and is not expected to become one in the near future.
If you meant simulating Intel CPUs: expecting that CPU simulators can produce decent performance is wishful thinking IMO.
And to cap it all, VMs are frankly shitty at graphical games and always have been, even without the Intel vs ARM discussion. Heavily tuned PR demos notwithstanding.
