Host Windows keyboard lost while running the Guest

Hello
I am running VBox 7.02 on Win11 with UbuntuLTs 22.04. After windows went to sleep (one time only) I no longer had keyboard access on win host while running the VM. How can this be fixed? Apparently the VM changed something permanently after the first time that it happened.
I also noticed that host key no longer works. And that must be the main problem. The settings must be changed somehow, but I don't know how to do that.

Make sure you have not created any USB filters that could capture the host keyboard or mouse.
