Vbox error Mac OS monterey setup

I received a critical error and virtualbox told me to paste this in the community forms
I was doing nothing wrong I followed this tutorial from
{search directions deleted by mod} (I cant post urls You must be a member for 1 days and have 1 posts) , and it failed to boot
many configurations needed to get a macOS vm I am not sure how all the details
I dont understand where even the error may be in this log file
