Please use zip to compress logs, don't break the file into pieces.

Re: Guru Meditation Error in Kali Linux
Most recently this error message is being seen by users who have installed superfluous third party AV (AVG or Avast) in their Win10 hosts, and this has recently been updated to a version that uses VT-x/AMD-v and so conflicts with VirtualBox. The AV has an option to run without using hardware virtualization.00:00:07.305664 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation -4004 (VERR_VMX_INVALID_VMXON_PTR)
p.s. An unrelated tip, I think your VM would run better if you gave it two CPU cores.

Re: Guru Meditation Error in Kali Linux
Trying uninstalling the third party AV entirely - Win10 is not Win95, it doesn't need third party help to be secure.
When you think you've done it then please provide VM logs: make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBoxHardening.log" and "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
