I accidentially killed a box in the process of starting up. (Forced kill) Now I cannot start any of my machines anymore.
-> Tried fresh machine setup -> same error
-> Tried uninstalling/fresh install of virtualbox, also extension pack -> same error
Even with fresh machines I get this error. None of all my machines are booting and I dont know what to do :/
Any help appreciated!

Not a real Mac OS person, but ran a quick search of your issue and stackoverflow had an article that sounds like your issue:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/526 ... 4005-macos
Please reply if this helps you. Might need to send your VirtualBox Logs if still having problems.

Glad to hear you got it up and running, and that the system worked!
All the OS vendors (Apple, Microsoft, Linux) I have noticed are really starting to lock down their OS systems (always in favor of their own software, to the exclusion of anyone else).
New Buttons are appearing daily! (Or the lurking command line magic)
