Problem with adding iso file

Hello
After correct installation and creation of the Vitrualna Machine, I have the following problem:

When trying to add a windowsXP image, VirtualBox reports an error and closes.

Below the message and logs:

Nie udało się otworzyć sesji dla maszyny wirtualnej Windows XP.

The VM session was aborted.

Kod wyniku (RC): NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

There have been glitches adding an ISO while the VM is booting up.

Try inserting the ISO in the Optical Drive in the VM's Storage settings before starting the VM. Click "Optical Drive" then "Choose Disk Image" (I think) then browse to the XP ISO.
