hi am having this error

Apparently Virtualbox thinks the format of the drive file is uninterpretable.
Try to clone the disk file with Mpack's CloneVDI. If the disk file can be used or repaired, CloneVDI will fix it. If CloneVDI says it can't use your disk file, then the disk file is kaput, and you'll have to restore from a backup.
