Keyboard mapping windows host mac guest

How can I map the option and command key from my Windows 10 keyboard to the MAC guest? Is there any way for example, on a windows machine, to boot the MAC and have it detect a hold down of the option key for boot options?

macOS guests are only supported on genuine Apple hardware.
