Your link pointed directly to the guest additions 6.1.0_RC1 .iso file, not to the download page.
Clicking on the link would have just downloaded that old file, not pointing anyone to the download page.
(And even then, as already said, you shoud never need the download page for guest additions. They are always inluded in your normal VirtualBox installation. ;))
