VirtualBox : Windows 98 Screen 16Colors, 640x480 NOooo !!

Hello,

I've installed Win98 on VirtualBox. It works perfectly, but my screen is so ugly : 16Colors, 640x480 I can not increase it ! What's the problem ? What can I do ??
Please at least 32 colors or 256 ! but 16 !!! NOoo !

Win98 set me PCI VGA default card. I update periphs, no better card... what can I do ?
