Virtualbox 5/6 very slow on Ryzen 1800X and Kernel 5.1.x (#18753)

Same problem with Ryzen 7 3800X. Virtualbox 6.1.0 is quite slow and laggy, but older 5.2.34 works just fine. changing settings or reinstalling VM does not help.

Had the same problem on Ryzen 9 - laggy window dragging and redraw on Win7
"Solved" by disabling Nested Paging in VM settings

(Also paravirt interface is set to Minimal - i don't know what it changes. And no acceleration enabled in Display settings.)

Please check upcoming 6.x releases - they could solve the issue at least for some of you: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/19152

here, upgrading to available-today VirtualBox-6.1-6.1.2_135662_openSUSE150-1.x86_64 make, unfortunately, no notieable difference. still bog-slow ...

Upgrading to 6.0.16 solved my speed issues.
Back to normal
