Hello,
Starting a new VM, when I click the drop-down list, nothing happens (1st screenshot). The list does becomes responsive after clicking Choose a virtual optical disk file button (2nd screenshot).

Re: Select start-up disk GUI bug
Confirmed.
I thought I had posted about this, but apparently not, I simply talked it over with the developers at the IRC channel... They already know it, I should have simply posted here too...

Re: Select start-up disk GUI bug
Which version is this? I tried this on the development build from the top of the development trunk and it works as expected.

Re: Select start-up disk GUI bug
I was using VirtualBox-6.1.0_BETA1-133315-Win, which is linked in the pinned thread, VirtualBox 6.1 Beta 1 released
You are right, I can't reproduce it with VirtualBox-6.1.0_BETA1-133558-Win
