VirtualBox - Bild bleibt schwarz

Hallo,
Ich habe mit VM-Ware die Festplatte eines XP-Rechners in eine VMDK-Datei konvertiert um das alte System auf einem Win-10 Rechner in der VirtualBox zu betreiben.
Die dabei erstellten Dateien "Toshiba Virtuell.vmdk" und "Toshiba Virtuell.vmx" habe ich auf eine andere mobile Festplatte kopiert, da die ursprüngle HD am WIN-10-Rechner nicht angeschlossen werden kann.
Nach dem Start der VirtualBox startet Windows mit der Aufforderung, im abgesicherten Modus zu starten
Danach bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz mit einem blinkenden Cursor.
Was kann die Ursache sein?

I have used VM-Ware to convert the hard drive of an XP computer into a VMDK file in order to operate the old system on a Win-10 computer in the VirtualBox.
The files created "Toshiba Virtual.vmdk" and "Toshiba Virtual.vmx" I have copied to another mobile hard drive, because the original HD can not be connected to the WIN-10 computer.

What can be the cause?

Taking an OS from Physical to Virtual is not easy, but it can be done. The operating system will see all new hardware, and XP requires a few things to be done to it first before trying to migrate to new hardware.

If you still have trouble, please post a zipped log of the guest using the Upload Attachment tab. If you have a hardening error, please zip and post the hardening log, too, as well as the exact error message, and whether the error happened on the host PC or in the guest.
