You do not have an OSX Host, you have a Windows Host, and unfortunately OSX guests are only supported on Apple hardware (which you do not have). See "Mac OS X guest on a Windows Host" (viewtopic.php?f=30&t=53259).
Also, try to search before you post. Search for VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API, VERR_VMX_NO_VMX and restrict it to the forums, for example "VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API site:forums.virtualbox.org".
