I have imported an EC2 instance of Ubuntu 18.04 from my AWS account. Right away I notice there could be problems with networking. The only adapter I can see is the l0 localhost.
I tried enable a NAT adapter but on booting, it does not appear. Only the l0.
I then enabled a host only adapter from the Virtualbox GUI, setting a static IP address of 192.168.33.201 in global tools. After rebooting, I see on enp0s8 the IP address of 192.168.33.101 has been assigned. I have no idea where this came from. Nothing outside this VM is reachable.
Where can I go from here to set this up right?

Re: Setting up networking on an imported EC2 instance
I'm a little surprised nobody else has had this problem.
