Mahdi63,
Any progress on this? Are you satisfied that the VM is actually allocating the memory that you told it to? I don't like to have issues semi-resolved, and especially I don't like tickets been left in limbo...

So, can you give me a status update on your understanding of memory allocation?

Based on the conversation in the forums, the explanations/clarifications given, and the answer I got from 'Mahdi63' on the ticket, this thread will be closing as [Invalid].

Thank you all for helping 'Mahdi63' understand how the memory allocation works...

I tried process explorer. You can't see this reduced memory in virtualbox.exe allocated memory at all (only 70 mb)
