ISO istallation does not start

MacOS Sierra High 10_13: I try to make a iso file installation in a CD/DVD simulated, but always appears the EFI-Shell and the installation does not start

Please provide a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

This looks suspiciously like you are running Windows 10 on some generic hardware and are try to install macOS as a guest. Important notice regarding Mac OS X as Guest
