You seem to be saying that you want to view the contents of a server VHD, or use it in a server VM. I'm not sure which.

Perhaps you should try rewording that and please leave out "_" characters which interfere with translation. Use simple sentences only, with correct punctuation.

If I understand you correctly then you want to boot from a Windows backup VHD made from a physical Win7 server. Your purpose is to read the configuration of the original server machine.

I do not know if it will be possible to start a VM from a Windows backup. In order to boot from a VHD that VHD must include full boot information, which is not necessarily present in a backup unless it was specifically intended to be a stand-alone whole disk backup, i.e. to be used in the event of disk failure.

If you can view the contents of the VHD from your host, then why not simply copy out the configuration information that way?

Incidentally: mounting a VHD in the host while at the same time using it as the disk in a VM will almost certainly not work. VirtualBox requires exclusive read/write access to disk files. You would have to unmount the VHD drive on the host, or clone it - ideally to VDI format.
