I have Mac OS Sierra. I have tried to resize my vm because I am receiving an out of space message in windows.
I coudn't resize the .vmdk file. I was told to clone it to vdi and then resize it and clone it back to .vmdk format.
After having doing that I am still receiving an error in windows that there is no space.
Any help?

Why would you do that? Isn't one rockslide enough to tell you that another road might be better?adamo514 wrote: and clone it back to .vmdk format.
