(XP) visual c++ 2005 express crashes

Hello,

I use windows XP as a guest operating system. I installed visual c++ 2005 express (and the .net Framework 2.0). But when I create or open a windows forms project visual c++ crashes and asks me if a want to send the error report. If I create a console project everything works fine. Could it be a problem with the .net Framework 2.0?
I have the beta 2 of Virtual Box.
Can you reproduce the crash? What can I do about it?

Using an older version of the guest additions helped in my case.
