Why is SIP disabled? What modifications have you done to your system? Exactly and with full details please.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

I have not made any modifications to the system. I installed the latest version of MacOS Sierra, maybe it was that.
How can I reactivate SIP?
Thank you,
Rodrigo.

I have done an downgrade from MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 to 10.12.3 and the problem dissapeared.
10.12.4 is a beta version, is not compatible with Virtualbox still.
Thanks!

Interesting. I'll try to upgrade to 10.12.4 and see what's going on.
In the mean time moving this to "VirtualBox on Mac OS X pre-releases".
