Shared folders on OpenSUSE

Post by Rpt »

I have an OpenSuse 11 guest and Vista host. After I mount shared folder all works fine. But if I change files in shared folder from host, no changes are visible in guest OS. Only guest reboot update information.
Are there any way to fix this issue?

P.S. CD-ROM image change also visible only after guest reboot.

Changes can be seen if you unmount the folder and mount it again. That is the same as what a reboot does.

As for why it doesn't update, no idea either.
