I'm using Virtual Box 5.0.16 r105871
Windows 7 ultimate is my guest
Host is an iMac 21.5" 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5
running OS X Captain.
Problem.
Everytime I try to attach a HD or external USB to be used in the emulated Windows enviroment, it doesn't work.
I go under the virtualbox settings / usb / select the usb drives I want to use and then i get an error message.
I'm uploading screenshots of what I get.
I would appreciate any help.

Re: USB not working on VB5 Win 7 ultimate and OSX Captain
I believe the problem is that you have USB 1.0 emulation turned on, while the disks need USB 2.0 or more probably USB 3.0
You should turn off your VM, open settings and choose USB 2.0 or 3.0
Can you please tell me if USB 3.0 works for you? I have a hard disk that needs USB 3.0 to work, but if I choose that option, Mac OS X freezes up as soon as the graphical desktop shows up.
