Thank you for the logs. We didn't find anything suspicious in the log files. Could you boot your host with 'nmi_watchdog=0' as kernel parameter and see if that prevents the kernel panics? Knowing that this helps would help us finding the reason. When you add this kernel parameter to the GRUB command line keep care to have this change permanently.

Also, the panic screen says: "An NMI occurred, please see the Integrated Management Log for details". What does the Integrated Management Log say?

And again: Could you have a look here and check if blacklisting the hpwdt module helps as well?

So Far I'ts Work, no more Kernel Panic
I'am add blacklist module hpwdt
echo "blacklist hpwdt" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-hp.conf
and add 'nmi_watchdog=0 with grub
