[Regression] Windows 2000: Seamless mode no longer works!

going to seamless mode makes VM disappear.

It worked in VirtualBox 4.1.6, during my tests.

Problem exists in BETA2 also. (updated host and GA)

NOTE: this problem is actually 2 bugs.
1. Host-side seamless mode unstable for all Windows guests.
2. guest additions for Win 2000 problem.

Actually it's a bit different:

1. Seamless for Windows 2000 guests does not work for ages, see your ticket 11545. Fixing this has low priority but we will not forget this. Although perhaps not for 5.0 as this is not a recent regression
2. It is possible to switch into seamless mode even if the Guest Additions report that seamless is currently not possible. This is a regression from 4.3.x and is indeed something we should fix for the final version 5.0.

The 2nd point is now fixed. The fix will be part of the next Beta release.
