take screenshot save dialog delay
I was surprised to see that the actual screenshot is taken not when you hit Host+E, but after you hit OK in the save dialog.
That's stupid. The picture on the screen has already changed. Any workaround?

If that is true (no way to check right now), I would refer this as a bug or at least improvement to the bug tracker.

The behavior is the same now as it was then.

exactly. I didn't know it was an issue until today once it was mentioned. It seems only one person noticed and then three years later, a second person. high demand.

Re: take screenshot save dialog delay
I added a suggestion to the above ticket: Rather than have the Save File dialog box, have a vmname-date-time-stamped screenshot file made in a folder chosen in the GUI Preferences. Immediate response on screenshot-taking, and one can go find the file and rename it at one's leisure later.

Re: take screenshot save dialog delay
There needs to be some feedback given to the user that something happened. Perhaps a balloon notification.
