I want to use together the VirtualBox OSE and the Oracle VirtualBox.
Available?
I compile and use the custom VirtualBox for my virtual machine.
Its version is 4.3.10.
Normally, if I want to install the latest Oracle VirtualBox, it is remove the my VirtualBox, and install the Oracle VirtualBox.
If I modify the source, can I install together?
Or, is it impossible, because the license or the authentication certificate?
If it is possible, does it approve the redistribution?
Please comment to me.

No.
Al least not easily and surly without issues.

Normally not, but if you modify all the kernel structures to have different symbols (make them not starting with VBOX*) , it _could_ work.
After all VirtualPC and VirtualBox _do work_ together, in some scenarios. Same for VMware+VirtualBox.
