4.3.22 - Lots of critical bugs since 4.3.14

Hi there,

Since 4.3.14, had lots of blocking issues.
Windows 7 host.

4.3.12 : most recent "bug-free" version
4.3.14 : very very slow UI and VM crashes at launch
4.3.16 : most recent "usable" version : VB crashes while showing tooltips on VMs toolbar (have to click quickly before tooltip appears)
4.3.18 : unusable because of "Unable to load R3 module" error, caused by patched uxtheme.dll
4.3.20 : same error than 4.3.18
4.3.22 : new error (even with unpatched uxtheme.dll) : while launching an existing / new VM, getting this error

Sincerely, things have been getting worse and worse for months now
And my posts on public bug tracker haven't fix anything at all.

I 100% agree with Marebul. Since version 4.3.14 VirtualBox is a total disaster. For most users, upgrading became only a waste of time. Who needs this kind of destructive developing? For years VirtualBox was a great virtualization software and I think all people wants back that really good software!
