shared folders ubuntu system with xp guest

After trying to install a shared folder i keep getting this failure code

Shared folder path 'mount -t vboxsf 320.1 GB Media computer:' is not absolute.

and i have tried

mount -t vboxsf 320.1 GB Media /media/disk

Give the Shared Folder in the VBOX Settings a name in small letters without blanks or such things, i. e. only "disc".

Then try "mount -t vboxsf disc /mnt".
