OSX forever Loading

Hi, I am trying to create an OSX guest using the niresh "maverick" hackintosh. I was using this on my old pc , core duo quad 2.8 + 8gb DDR 2 ram, regularly with no problem other than the speed. I baught a new pc with CPU I5-4460 3.20 ghz 16 gb ddr 3 ram and motherboat gigabyte b85-hd3. I have used the old guest files and i have tried to create a new one but the OSX stays on loading forever. The virtualization technology is enabled and I have tried to enable and disable the VT-D technology but there is no difference. Is there anything that I can try? Has anyone faced the same problem. The host os is Win 8.1 pro with hyper V disabled
