I'm using VirtualBox with a Windows XP guest OS. Just like so many people, I am struggling with the screen resolution being stuck at 800x600. I've read many posts on this subject, and a solution is presented by using the command VBoxManage at the command line.
So I tried using the following command:
VBoxManage setextradata global GUI/MaxGuestResolution any
However, I always get the following error message:
'VBoxManage' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
I must be misunderstanding something. What do I need to do to use the VBoxManage command?

You run the VBoxManage command in your Host. By default on Windows Hosts this is not pathed in but you should find it in C:\Program Files\Sun\xVM VirtualBox

Well, I wasn't going to find it looking at the guest OS. Thanks for your help.
