I have been trying to run a headless VM using VirtualBoxHeadlessTray. The VM starts and I can connect to it using RDP from the host but the clipboard doesn't work even within the sam application. For example, I opened Notepad, typed a few lines, did Edit\Select All, Edit\Copy, positioned after the end of the data, Edit\Paste. Nothing shows up.
I have full bidirection clipboard support selected in the Settings for the VM.
Did I miss an RDP setting? Is this a known problem?

Re: Clipboard Problem Using RDP
I also encountered this issue. Clipboard seems to work if you use the VB GUI, but the VB GUI is not nearly as fast as RDP.

Re: Clipboard Problem Using RDP
I am having exactly the same issue as well.
Seems to be a conflict with Shared Clipboard and RDP clipboard.
Using Vbox Gui with shared clip board works.
Using RDP enables you to cut from the host to the guess but not from the guest to host or guest to guest. Seems to be an issue with cutting on the guest side of things.
