Please do NOT open bug reports at http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Bugtracker but use our VirtualBox Beta Feedback forum to report any problems with the Beta. Please concentrate on reporting regressions since VirtualBox 4.2.18.
VirtualBox 4.3 will be a new major release. Here is an incomplete list of chances since VirtualBox 4.3 Beta 3:

- 3D: Google Earth fixes for Windows guests running the WDDM driver

- 3D: fixed 3D isNewKey warning for Fedora guests, see here.
- EFI: several fixes
- ExtPack installer doesn't like funny characters in installation path
- IDE/SATA: fix for newer Linux kernels not detecting a hard disk as SSD when using the IDE or SATA controller
- IDE/SATA: Store the passthrough flag for CD/DVD drives even if there is no medium attached
- Guest Control: several fixes
- Clipboard: fixed a potential segfault when working with UTF8 and UTF16 text content (Mac OS X hosts only)
- Linux hosts: fix for GUI not starting without specifying a password
- Mac OS X hosts: limited support for Mavericks (we are aware of the kext signing warning)
- Mac OS X guests: several fixes
- Windows hosts: try to fix the nasty Cannot rename this connection problem during installation
- Windows Additions: fixed memory leak with certain Windows guests
