Windows 7 host running vbox 4.1.20 with a Solaris 10 guest OS( Update 9 ). Since I upgraded to the 4.1.18 and now the .20 release my cut-n-paste has stopped working.
Details from the Guest OS, Solaris 10 I was able to right click and copy ( dtterm ) and then paste into the Windows running applications, Outlook, Word, Sametime... However since I upgraded to 4.1.18 it seems that I have lost that functionality. I thought I might get it back, being a bug in .18, if I loaded 4.1.20 but that has not happened...
Nothing changed on the guest OS side except the vbox version. I made sure that the General -> Advanced -> Shared Clipboard was set to Bidirectional and that the popup menu's in dtterm are enabled, Dtterm*menuPopup: true
Funtionality Lost
If I mouse over text in a dtterm and then right click and select copy I can then paste the contents into any Window App by right click and select paste from popup menu...
Functionality altered
From the Windows app I can mouse over text right click and select copy and paste into a dtterm, but instead of right click + paste from the popup menu I have to use the middle mouse button.
BUT I still have that functionality if I use gnome-terminal
Any ideas?
Thanks in Advance...

Re: Solaris 10 Guest, cut-n-paste issue
Could you please post which version of the guest additions are installed in your VM?
pkginfo -l SUNWvboxguest
should show you the version and revision.
Also, please attach VBox.log for this VM (from the host of course).
