Kernel Panic When VT-x Enabled

Post by amakader »

I am trying to install 64 bit Windows on a SUSE Enterprise Linux 11 Server, I was requested to enable Intel VT-x from the Bios. When the VT-x was enabled, Kernel crashed, the black screen reads:

KERNEL PANIC - NOT SYNCING - ATTEMPTNG TO KILL INIT!

When I deactivate VT-x, Kernel works normally.

All started after installing VirtualBox 4.1.6
